The EPASS USER MEETING is back for 2022 and this time we’ll see you from a mile-up in the beautiful city of Denver! Nestled between the grand Rocky Mountains and the serene High Plains, Denver is where urban sophistication meets outdoor adventure, making it the perfect place to host our EPASS User Meeting!

About the EPASS User Meeting

The EPASS User meeting is a multi-day event for our EPASS customers to meet, network, and talk about everything EPASS! Our talented group of EPASS trainers will lead discussions and training sessions designed to help you get the most out of your EPASS installation.

Preview exclusive EPASS features, discover cost-saving techniques, and explore innovative business strategies with some of the brightest and experienced minds in the appliance, furniture, and electronics industry. 

Schedule

On Friday and Saturday, we have a second meeting room which will hold symposium sessions.  In both 2018 and 2019 we held a Service symposium allowing Service clients to have an open forum to discuss matters specific to the industry. These sessions went so well that we are doing the same this year for Sales. On Friday, the main meeting room will be used for Service Training, and our second meeting room will hold the Sales Symposium.  On Saturday, Sales Training will be held in the main meeting room, and the Service Symposium held in the second meeting room.

We’re hosting this year’s meeting at the newly-renovated Sonesta Denver Downtown, located in the heart of the Mile-High city, and just steps away from local attractions, shopping, and dining. In addition to the spacious room and stunning views, the hotel features a 24-hour fitness center and an on-property dining experience, featuring a regionally inspired menu with delicious “farm-to-table” entrees.  EPASS Users attending receive a special accommodation rate when booking through R&D Business Systems.
