Cancellation Policy (Click for details)
Early Bird Registration
Participants who register under the Early Bird rate are eligible for a full refund if cancellation is requested on or before June 22.
Cancellations made between June 23 and August 31 will incur a fee of 20% of the total registration cost.
Cancellations made after August 31 will be charged 100% of the registration cost (no refund).
Regular Registration
Participants who register at the regular rate may cancel on or before August 31 and will be charged 20% of the total registration cost.
Cancellations made after August 31 will be charged 100% of the registration cost (no refund).
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to userconference@epass.software.

We are committed to providing a welcoming, respectful, and inclusive conference experience for all participants. By attending, you agree to treat others with professionalism and consideration and to contribute to a safe, positive environment.
Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, disruptive behavior, or unwelcome attention of any kind will not be tolerated. This applies to all conference activities and during social events.
If you experience or witness conduct that violates this policy, please report it to an EPASS team member or to userconference@epass.software. All concerns will be handled respectfully and confidentially. We reserve the right to take appropriate action, including removal from the event without refund.
Data Privacy
Attendees are expected to respect data privacy while at the User Conference. Attendee data may not be collected, recorded, or distributed without explicit consent and, where applicable, EPASS authorization. Recording or sharing of session content is prohibited unless expressly permitted. All collected data must be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws

What is the EPASS User Conference?
The EPASS User Conference is our three day event covering everything EPASS! No matter if you are brand new to EPASS, or a multi-year veteran, you can learn how to power your business with our knowledgeable Training team, participate in our skill-building workshops, and get to know your industry peers with our fun and informative networking events. All this plus special guest speakers, new product and feature reveals, and some unique surprises!

Client Dinner Event
A continuing tradition of the EPASS User Conference is our exclusive dinner event for our clients and their guests, which is held on the evening of Day 2. Enjoy a night of food, fun, and maybe a few surprises!
Included for all attendees. Guests are welcomed at $199/person.
