  • Real-Time Wireless Scanning

    EPASS scanners are real-time. It’s simple yet smart: you receive a shipment and it’s in the system immediately. No lag, no wait—just pure data transferring as you scan. We’ve also made it so that when you scan product out for delivery, it will tell you if the warehouse crew grabbed the wrong box. Product damaged? Use the scanners built-in camera* to snap a pic and automatically upload it before transferring the model to “As-Is”. Simple yet smart.

  • Regular and Exclusive Reserving

    There’s no one way to do things that suits every business, which is why our system offers multiple ways to reserve inventory with various security options to control what is allowed. Regular reserve ensures that an available serial number is reserved for a customer, whereas exclusive reserve ensures they get a specific one (great for used, damaged, or selling off of the floor).

  • Inventory Counts

    Staff won’t have to power through inventory day! Physical inventory counts are a breeze with EPASS. Cycle counts can be done quickly and as often as needed. Reconciliation is quick and intuitive, with tools and detailed audits to help you along the way

  • Min/Max Levels

    Maintain min/max levels for both serialized and parts inventory. With our detailed analysis function, you can set your min/max levels based on usage. For truck stock parts inventory, quickly copy the min/max settings from another truck if you are expanding.

  • Inventory Bins

    Use “bins” to keep track of exactly where in the warehouse your serialized and parts inventory is located. Organization is everything! We’ve also made it easy to scan something into a bin with barcoded bin labels
