Welcome to our July update! In each update, we’ll preview some of the new and exciting things we have planned for you in Vancouver. If you haven’t registered yet, now is the time as space is filling up fast!

As announced earlier this year, EPASS has teamed up with Fullsteam—a leading software, technology, and payment services provider. Thanks to this partnership, we’ve been able to launch one of our newest and most exciting products: EPASS Pay, our fully integrated, payment processing solution.
EPASS Pay is just one of the new products that we’re showcasing at the event. Come and see EPASS Pay in action first-hand and have your questions answered by our development team!
EPASS for Service with PMD’s Paul MacDonald
Join Paul MacDonald and several of our partners as they show you how to use EPASS to maximize your service-focused business.
A Certified Service Manager (CSM) and industry expert, Paul is a favored speaker of many associations within the appliance industry. He’s the creator of “The Expert Service Program” for service companies and retailers who look to improve their service operations and increase profits.
Covering several topics from profitable service rates to warranty claims, Paul and fellow industry experts Janice Salmon from JustPressOne, Jack Miller from Service Company Solutions, and others will be presenting on Day 3.
New to EPASS? Our “EPASS 101” Training Courses are for you!
Whether you’re brand new to EPASS or you just need a refresher, our 2023 event has you covered! In addition to the advanced EPASS training that we provide at each User Meeting, we are also making sure that the EPASS basics are covered. From creating an invoice to using the Dispatch tool effectively, our beginner sessions will turn you into an EPASS superstar!
Friday Night Dinner Cruise
What could be better than food and drinks? How about food and drinks on a yacht! Come aboard and socialize the night away with your fellow event attendees and our vendor partners! There’ll be food, drinks, music, and spectacular views of Vancouver’s Burrard Inlet. It’ll be lots of fun and a great way to meet and network with others in your industry. And we promise to keep the nautical jokes to a minimum!
