#UC2025 EPASS User Conference 2025: A Resounding Success in Vancouver

Nov 03, 2025

From October 22–24, we welcomed the EPASS Community from across North America to the beautiful city of Vancouver for the 2025 EPASS User Conference. Over three days, attendees engaged in dynamic sessions, networked with industry peers, and explored the latest EPASS software innovations.

The conference kicked off with a warm welcome and a lively icebreaker, setting the tone for an energizing experience. Day 1 featured highlights such as the unveiling of new EPASS features by Vice-President Ryan Scherpenisse and Director of Software Development Inder Raina, and a compelling session on practical AI applications for business led by Jack Miller from SCS and Todd Daganaar from Hometown Hero Appliance Repair. Attendees also benefited from foundational and advanced accounting courses, as well as specialized sessions like “All Things Builder” and EPASS Pay for US and Canadian clients.

Day 2 focused on service excellence, with Paul MacDonald delivering a powerful presentation on best practices in appliance service. Janice Salmon from JustPressOne showcased ClaimWorks, while breakout sessions covered purchasing fundamentals, reporting dashboards, and financials.

Our traditional Thursday Night Dinner event had attendees enjoying some delicious food and drinks while trying to solve a murder! A huge thank you to THEY IMPROV for making this a fun night that we won’t soon forget!

Day 3 wrapped up the event with forward-looking insights from Frank Clemente of Package.ai and Carmine Dionisio of Nationwide Marketing Group. Attendees dove into retail sales, dispatching, Crystal Reports, and ATS inventory management, rounding out a comprehensive learning experience.

Throughout the conference, hosted networking sessions provided valuable opportunities for collaboration and idea-sharing among EPASS users.

To everyone who joined us—thank you! Your enthusiasm and feedback made this year’s conference unforgettable. The EPASS team is already hard at work planning next year’s event, and we promise it will be better than ever.

Stay tuned, and we’ll see you in 2026!
