The EPASS User Conference is our three day event covering everything EPASS! No matter if you are brand new to EPASS, or a multi-year veteran, you can learn how to power your business with our knowledgeable Training team, participate in our skill-building workshops, and get to know your industry peers with our fun and informative networking events. All this plus special guest speakers, new product and feature reveals, and some unique surprises!

A Certified Service Manager (CSM) and industry expert, Paul is a favored speaker of many associations within the appliance industry. He’s the creator of “The Expert Service Program” for service companies and retailers who look to improve their service operations and increase profits.

Returning this year is Jack Miller from Service Company Solutions and Tim Miller from SCS Communications. Both of them will share their years worth of knowledge and experience gained in the service industry.
Jack comes from the marketing industry with over 25 years of experience before joining Service Company Solutions for the past 15 years. He coaches and helps servicers with charging professional pricing, managing operations and improving efficiencies in their operations.
Tim’s been in the service industry since he was a teenager and brings knowledge from managing the operations for a 20 tech appliance repair business to SCS Communications. This perspective allows him to provide a real world experience to customers.
Janice Salmon

Ms. Salmon is an appliance industry veteran and founded JustPressOne, Inc. in 2010 to provide front and back office administrative support services including claims processing to the independent service and repair industry. Today, the company has nearly 300 employees globally providing service to both SMB service companies and third-party service administrators.

A continuing tradition of the EPASS User Conference is our exclusive dinner event for our clients and their guests. This year, we’ve decided to keep things simple: drinks, food, socializing and….a murder to solve? Uh-oh, the evening might not turn out to be so simple after all! Pack your deerstalker cap and your over-sized magnifying glass, for the game is afoot!
