Welcome to EPASS Updates! In this issue: Click to Pay Event Messaging, ACH Payment Processing, and new payment terminals!

Click to Pay Event Messaging Available Now!

If you’re currently using EPASS Click to Pay* to send secure payment links to your customers, you can now have EPASS notify you or your staff when those payments have been successfully processed or declined by the customer! These new notifications are part of the existing EPASS Messaging functionality and are quick to set up.

How to Configure Click to Pay Messaging

ACH Processing with EPASS Pay

EPASS Pay now supports direct payments via ACH. But before using ACH as a payment type with your customers, there are several initial setup steps that you must complete first. Make sure to follow the ACH setup guide in the online Help documentation. If you need help setting up ACH within EPASS, contact EPASS Support for assistance.

New Payment Terminals

Joining our list of high-speed EPASS Pay payment terminals are two new models from PAX Technology: the PAX A920 Pro and the PAX A77. 
The A920 Pro has a built-in receipt printer, while the A77 offers a sleek and compact design. Both models blend mobility with powerful transaction capabilities, and each comes equipped with Wi-Fi and a 5.5″ high-definition touchscreen, perfect for signature capture!
