EPASS User Conference 2026 Vendor Registration

Be a part of this year’s EPASS User Conference and reach new customers and connect on a deeper level with existing ones! Vendor Partners like you are one of the highlights regularly mentioned in our post-event feedback survey. Your attendance has helped make the conference a success and our EPASS community always looks forward to seeing you there!

This year’s conference is at the W Hotel in Montréal, Quebec between October 6th to 8th. Vendor registration fee is $3,000. USD.

As a registered Vendor Partner, you’ll receive:

  • 2 Vendor Partner badges
  • A table in the vendor area for all 3-days of the conference. 
  • 30 minute presentation timeslot
  • Breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snacks during conference days.
  • 2 dinner event tickets (additional dinner event guests $199. USD each)

* Attendees staying elsewhere during the User Conference will incur a fee equal to the current room rate for each day of the conference.

Vendor Policy Agreement

By registering for the EPASS User Conference, vendors agree to comply with the following terms:

  • Vendors are provided with a designated table in the Vendor Area to display products and services and may utilize this space throughout the conference. Vendors may attend all scheduled meals and break functions, including the EPASS Dinner Event.
  • Each vendor is assigned a specific timeslot to present to conference attendees. Vendors may not attend EPASS educational sessions, except for the Day 1 Kick-Off Session and their own scheduled presentation, in order to protect intellectual property and ensure fairness.
  • Vendors must respect data privacy and confidentiality. Attendee or vendor data may not be collected, recorded, or distributed without explicit consent and, where applicable, EPASS authorization. Photography, recording, or sharing of session content is prohibited unless expressly permitted. All collected data must be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

Failure to comply with these terms may result in restricted access or removal from the conference.
