Exporting to QuickBooks

EPASS now has a GL Utility to export financial data to QuickBooks. The export generates an IIF file that you can import into QuickBooks Desktop Pro versions 2013, 2021 and QB Online.
There is a General Ledger Variable setting to set which type of export is generated:

To access the export, first turn on this security setting:

You will then see the QuickBooks Export utility on the GL > Utilities menu:

Running the utility is simple. Select the Date Range and file path of where to save the export, and then click OK.

EPASS generates a confirmation when the export is complete:

The IIF file has now been generated. You can review the file in Notepad if desired, before preforming your QuickBooks import.
