The Canada Line is Vancouver’s rapid transit rail connecting YVR to downtown Vancouver in under 30 minutes and will take you to Waterfront Station (last stop) which is directly across from the Pan Pacific hotel.

Upon arriving at Waterfront station, follow the underground walkway to the Howe street exit, which places you directly in front of the Pan Pacific hotel.

Via Ride Share or Taxi

Ride share services Uber, Lyft, and KABU are available for pick-up and drop-off at YVR. There are two pick-up locations: International Arrivals – Level 2 or Domestic Arrivals – Level 2.

Taxis are available at taxi stands located on Level 2 of the Domestic and International Arrivals area.

Event Area Map and Directions

Pan Pacific Hotel

Making your way to the event area couldn’t be easier! From your room, take the guest elevators to the Lobby level. Upon exiting, head towards the open atrium and the Crystal Pavilion will be on your left.

Breakfast and lunch will be served in the Cypress Room. From the Crystal Pavilion, take the stairs up to the Restaurant level and walk past the Five Sails Restaurant. The Cypress Room is located just past the restrooms.

Friday Night Dinner Cruise – Pan Pacific to Spirit Cruises

We’ll be boarding the ship at 5:30 pm on Friday night. The dock is located at the foot of 450 Denman Street (on the west side of the Westin Bayshore hotel).

It’s a 27 minute walk, or a quick 7 minute ride share, from the Pan Pacific to the dock.
